Having spent the past six years alongside Kaley within the education sector, she understands educational environments' unique challenges and opportunities. Armed with a bookkeeping qualification and currently pursuing Level 3 studies, Claire is committed to staying at the forefront of industry standards and practices. Beyond the confines of the office, Claire enjoys outdoor adventures with her two daughters, indulging in long walks and bike rides in the countryside. She also loves nothing more than a relaxing afternoon with a good book! With 21 years of diverse experience in the education sector, Kaley has held many positions, from teacher to regional manager, COO, Montessori assessor and business owner. Kaley wanted to create an organisation that would create solutions to those challenges she experienced, with the sole purpose of empowering educators and unleashing potential. Her passion for supporting families, educators, and communities drives her commitment to creating optimal environments for children and educators to thrive. Armed with a BA(Hons) in Education Studies, MCI & AMI Montessori training,  Neurolinguistic and Breakthrough Coaching certification (The Association for Integrative Psychology) and a wealth of practical experience and ongoing professional development, Kaley is dedicated to empowering and supporting others in the field of early childhood education. Kaley loves spending time with her children, partner and friends and can often be found digging into some research or book to satisfy her love of learning. With 16 years of administrative experience, Kerry has honed her organisational skills and has perfected keeping teams to task. With previous experience in the early years sector and as a mother of three, she fully appreciates not only the demands of the early years, but also the necessity of a solid foundation. Outside work, Kerry finds joy in unwinding with long walks along the river and watching a great show on the telly. Kerry gets great satisfaction knowing that her administrative and organisational skills are used in a most positive manner – making a positive impact in the educational community.
