Early Years Pro Solutions was born from a deeply rooted passion for early childhood education and a relentless commitment to overcoming the challenges that educators face every day. Our founder, Kaley Hayes, embarked on her journey in the early years sector 20 years ago, driven by a desire to make a difference in the lives of children and families. As she progressed through various roles, from teacher to manager, regional manager, assessor and business owner – Kaley encountered the same recurring obstacles: financial sustainability, staffing insecurities, external regulations and pressures and the perpetual struggle for time.
Fuelled by her firsthand experiences and unwavering dedication, Kaley recognised the critical need for a solution-orientated approach to these challenges. She understood that providing high-quality education requires not only passion and dedication but a solid foundation in business and time. With this in mind, Early Years Pro Solutions was established with a clear mission: to empower educators with the tools and support they need to unleash their potential.
